Room temperature control seemed inadequate, making it uncomfortable during warmer nights!!! the absence of a lift was quite frustrating for those of us on upper floors!!! Something to think about!!!

Room 35 was spacious with an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and a seating area. The private bathroom had a lovely large sink and a shower, but the pressure was low. The indoor pool was warm, nice for relaxing, and the garden areas were cute. The staff were super friendly.

Our recent stay was fantastic as we were visiting the nearby attractions, including the beautiful Abbey Park just a short walk away. The quirky garden with whale bones and the lovely swimming pool created a delightful atmosphere for our family. The kids had a great time and we appreciated the cozy areas for relaxation. Just a note, the room could use some updates, but overall, we really enjoyed our visit.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed cruising the River Avon and playing table tennis at the hotel. The breakfast was awesome, and the staff were super friendly. For future guests, the hotel has a lovely indoor pool, and a babysitting service is available.
The evening menu was more limited than expected, which was a bit of a letdown since we had seen a different one online.

Had an amazing stay with gorgeous breakfast options and I loved relaxing by the quiet swimming pool. The shady gardens and the chance to unwind by the pool were just what I needed. The only downside was the decor could use a bit of updating, but that didn't take away from my experience. 😊

Charming old-style vibes
Had a nice stay in a cozy room. The staff were super chill and made us feel welcome. The big bathroom was a plus, and the towels were nice and soft. Breakfast was tasty, but wow, those stairs to the top were a workout! The dining room had a lovely view of the garden, too.

this hotel has a lovely garden and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the pool was warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. we loved the dining area, it had a nice view over the garden. breakfast was great with loads of options to choose from. overall, it had a nice charming vibe!
but the room we got was a bit dated and could use some serious updating. also, the bathroom had really low water pressure for the shower, which was kinda frustrating.

Unique and Quirky Rooms, but Needs Maintenance
Our stay was marked by the charming themed decor in the Deluxe Double Room, which added a fun vibe to our trip. The gardens were lovely for a morning stroll and created a serene atmosphere. we found that the mattress was uncomfortable, and there were some maintenance issues that needed addressing.
